What a delightful place! We knew this would be good when we walked in. The aroma of delicious food filled the air. We were greeted with warm smiles. My husband and I each ordered the mixed grill, and we shared a falafel appetizer. The food was exceptional. The owner and staff made us feel welcome. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys good Mediterranean cuisine.

Absolutely delicious! Every single thing we ordered was good. I’m pretty sure this is one of those rare gems where everything on the menu is worth the price and will make your tummy happy. The service was great! The staff seemed to really work as a team to make sure customers were well taken care of. I am also incredibly happy about the amount of gluten free options! Cannot wait to return and have already recommended it to family and friends!

Located in a quiet corner of downtown near the Arts Campus, this is a quaint restaurant established in what seems to be the living room of a house making it a very comforting atmosphere. The staff is amiable and friendly. The food is top-notch and surpasses even other Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to in larger cities! Price point was also amazing for the quality you get. The vegetarian special of the day Mjaddara Bi Ruz was excellent even though I’m not fond of that genre of food. I highly recommend the Beef Kofta, which was amazing! I think the menu has plenty of variety and options for all food preferences yet thankfully was not overwhelming in choices! A much welcome addition to Cape Girardeau!

We ordered almost every appetizer, gyro and fries, mint lemonade and hibiscus drinks and baklava and chocolate baklava. Everything was AMAZING!!! Don't sleep on this one. Adam, the owner, took time to come to every table and visit with us. He genuinely wanted to know our thoughts and encouraged us to let him know what we didn't like (which for us was nothing so we went with what we liked the least ). Plan for this to be your next date night destination!! Give the drinks a try! You won't be disappointed! They were both unique and delicious!

My husband and I just got back from Olive’s and we're full and happy! We ended up ordering too much food, but leftovers are always welcome for us. We started with the hummus and falafel, which were both delicious. Then they brought out the gyro and fries for my hubby and the gyro fries (yep, gyro-topped fries!) for myself. Y’all. We felt the love in each bite. The fries are crunchy and well-seasoned, the gyro meat is tender, and both dishes were full of flavor (and that spectacular cheese!). We ordered baklava to go, because we had to have it but were too full to eat anything else at the restaurant. We will absolutely eat here again and again. Try the mint lemonade! Such a refreshing way to beat the heat outside!

Great new place in Cape Girardeau! The lamb in the mixed grill was so flavorful. The green salad with chicken was a generous portion. Some of the best hummus I have ever had. This place will be joining my normal rotation now. It can get a little loud if it is busy. But that comes with the territory of old houses. It is such a gorgeous old home and a creative use that still preserves a lot of the original character of the place
